Our client in Wappingers Falls is seeking a IT Support / Help Desk Technicians. The client is seeking someone who has a strong Customer Service background with some technical practice. Entry/Junior/Senior levels available!



IT Support / Help Desk Technician expertise / General Requirements:

»Bachelors degree strongly preferred in Information Technology, Marketing or Communications

»Professional practice in a Help Desk or Call Center

»Excellent written and verbal communication expertise



What will set you apart from the rest:

»Proven capability to troubleshoot technical information

»CompTIA/Cisco certification

» capability to multi-task and change gears – you’ll be working on various issues all day so being able to roll with the punches and transition seamlessly from one to the next is key

»Excellent explanation expertise – we already know you can communicate, but because this is a very technical function, if you can explain the technical process in basic terms that is easily understandable, we want you on our team!



IT Support / Help Desk Technician Job tasks:

»Answering inquiries, both internal and external, via phone calls and emails

»Creating and maintaining service tickets for all customer interactions

»Setting up/Connecting networks

»Troubleshooting (products, cell phones, desktops, tablets, etc.)

»Implementing solutions for customers

»Managing implementations for various product lines


This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. income is $47K - $60K per year, depending on practice plus an in depth benefits package.
