Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced mental health professional to join our team as a part-time therapist, providing psychotherapy to medical first responders via telemedicine. In this role, you'll be helping those who dedicate their lives to caring for others by offering essential support and guidance.

You'll be working with healthcare professionals at hospitals throughout New York, providing much-needed mental health support during challenging times. All administrative duties, including credentialing, referrals, scheduling, and billing, are handled for you, allowing you to focus entirely on providing high-quality care to your patients.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual psychotherapy to healthcare workers via telemedicine
Develop personalized therapeutic treatment plans tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sessions and treatment plans
Enjoy full support for credentialing, scheduling, billing, and referrals
Qualifications:

Must be a licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) in New York State
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in individual therapy
Experience working with healthcare professionals, first responders, or other high-stress occupations is preferred
A passion for learning and working collaboratively with a diverse team of both clinical and non-clinical colleagues
Open to growing and refining your skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively across a range of communication styles
Experience with telemedicine platforms or online video-based therapy tools
Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT
Experience using clinical diagnostic tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to track progress and treatment outcomes
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on your experience, qualifications, and education.
