In this position, you will be responsible for transporting staff ______. The role offers flexible hours while ensuring safe and timely transportation for staff to and from their shifts. Key Responsibilities: * Transport Staff: Safely transport staff from Poughkeepsie River Valley to The Grand in Pawling and back for each scheduled shift. * Shuttle Staff at Shift Changes: Pick up staff at the beginning of shifts and return them after their shifts. For example, transporting staff at the start of a shift (6 AM) and returning them at the end of their shift (2 PM). * Timeliness: Ensure staff are transported safely and on time to their shifts and back home. * Flexible Hours: Adapt to varying schedules, with shift start times as early as 5 AM and end times as late as 6 AM on Sundays. Staff Driver Requirements: * Valid Driver's License: A current, valid driver's license is required. * Clean Driving Record: No traffic violations or points on driving record. * Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States. * Flexible Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts and adaptable to varying start and end times. * Dependable & Responsible: Must be reliable and have strong problem-solving skills. * Team Player: Able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to smooth operations.
