Line Cook

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to AMAVI recipes and presentation standards.
Set up and maintain your station before, during, and after service.
Ensure all food is prepared with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow kitchen team members during service.
Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen cleaning duties as needed.
Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume or upscale restaurant preferred.
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
