Restaurant General Manager
Comal is a fine dining restaurant seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 4 years of fine dining management experience, is proficient in Toast and Resy, and thrives in a small, high-standards environment. Experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include overseeing daily FOH operations, leading and scheduling staff, managing the guest experience, and collaborating closely with the culinary team.
