What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and mentoring an accounting team for assigned clients.
Providing outsourced controllership and advisory services.
Managing month-end closing and financial reporting.
Partnering with client leadership on operational and strategic decisions.
Developing and managing client budgets and forecasts.
Analyzing financial and operational data to provide actionable insights.
Conducting client conference calls to review strategy and needs.
Coordinating with external auditors and tax professionals.
Ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
Completing special projects as requested by clients.
What We're Looking For:

Active CPA, CMA, or MBA with accounting and financial analysis experience.
10 years of supervisory experience.
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
