Technical Product Manager, New York
Lab49 is seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide technical transformations for our clients. In this critical role, you will lead complex product initiatives, driving technical strategy and product development. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver value-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Your expertise in technical product management and strategic business growth will be vital to our success. \n
Responsibilities:- Lead product strategy, discovery, and technical development for complex, enterprise-level initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to define, prioritize, and execute product roadmaps with a focus on delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Manage product lifecycles from discovery to delivery, ensuring that products meet both technical and business requirements and align with organizational transformation goals.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and maintain clear, effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive the successful execution of technical transformations, with a focus on enterprise-wide impact and long-term scalability.
- Extensive experience in technical product management and leading large-scale, enterprise-wide transformations.
- Proven track record in managing complex product development cycles from ideation to successful delivery.
- Strong understanding of technical strategy, product lifecycle management, and agile methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and business units, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ability to manage technical requirements and business needs to deliver solutions that drive business value.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly in working with senior leadership and diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance and user experience.
- Strong product mindset with hypothesis-driven development, focused on delivering iterative improvements based on data and user feedback.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and UX teams to deliver technically robust and user-centered solutions.
- Proficiency in strategic roadmapping, technical prioritization, and aligning product initiatives with overall business goals.
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to measure, analyze, and improve product performance.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to align teams around shared goals and ensure smooth technical execution.

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role and level.
Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
Salary range disclosure as required by S9427A when hiring in New York.
