Job Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned that pertain to this position.• Manage general office operations, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
• Greet visitors and answer phone calls professionally.
• Handle correspondence (emails, letters, faxes).
• Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies inventory.
• Provide support to various departments as needed.

• Previous experience in an administrative or office management role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
