Associate Partner - Finance Transformation
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Associate Partner to join our Finance Transformation practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise across core finance processes—Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Tax, and Treasury—and have a strong point of view on how emerging technologies, including agentic AI, will shape the future of finance.
This role requires a strategic leader who can engage with senior client stakeholders, design and deliver measurable business outcomes, and lead diverse teams to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives.
Your role and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation programs from strategy through execution, ensuring delivery of measurable value and sustainable outcomes.
- Advise clients on optimizing finance operations across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury processes.
- Develop and articulate a forward‑looking perspective on the future of finance, integrating digital, automation, and AI‑driven solutions.
- Shape and deploy agentic AI solutions that enhance decision‑making, forecasting, and operational efficiency in finance.
- Build trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior finance executives, acting as a thought partner in their transformation journey.
- Manage and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and supporting go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technology, analytics, and change management to deliver holistic transformation programs.
Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week, subject to business needs.
