Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg
- Provide comprehensive post-operative care to a diverse patient population
- Administer pain and IV medications and drips as required
- Conduct Q4h vital signs and Q8h intake and output documentation
- Manage wound vacs and perform dressing changes
- Utilize MASIMO and EPIC systems for patient monitoring and documentation
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg
- BLS certification
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-turnover medical-surgical environment
- Proficiency with EPIC and patient monitoring technologies
