Key Responsibilities: * Review resident care needs and planned interventions during shift changes and with team members * Administer medications safely and accurately, offering guidance and oversight to staff as needed * Stay current on new medications and monitor residents closely for side effects or changes in condition * Respond calmly and appropriately in urgent or emergency situations, using sound clinical judgment * Support HHAs/PCAs with direct care, maintaining a positive and professional attitude * Assist on the floor as needed, ensuring residents receive timely, compassionate care * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the med room and medication cart * Complete required documentation thoroughly and accurately to ensure regulatory compliance * Report resident concerns, medication issues, or care changes to the RN Case Manager * Demonstrate leadership through active participation in planning and supporting resident care delivery * Foster respectful and collaborative relationships with team members and residents alike Requirements: * Current NYS Med Tech certification * Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting preferred * Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills * Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure * Commitment to person-centered care and teamwork Join a compassionate team where your skills are valued and your work has purpose.
