NOTE: This is a salaried position that will be responsible for existing clients only. Position Summary
The Financial Advisor will support the retail side of the firm’s advisory practice by managing private wealth and institutional client relationships, assisting with financial planning and investment analysis, and contributing to the ongoing delivery of wealth management services. This role is ideal for an advisor who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping clients achieve their long-term financial and retirement goals. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary or secondary advisor for client relationships, including individual wealth management clients and some institutional clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customized financial plans, incorporating investment, tax, estate, and income planning strategies.
- Conduct portfolio and fund lineup analysis for individual accounts; prepare performance reports and investment recommendations.
- Trade client portfolios.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management.
- Extensive experience managing client relationships.
- CFP® designation (or progress toward certification) strongly preferred.
- Series 65 (or equivalent) required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Understanding of retirement planning strategies and qualified plans.
