B&B Flooring is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Design Associate to join our team in Dryden, New York. We specialize in flooring, tile, cabinetry, and window coverings, with a showroom featuring a wide range of products as well as a dedicated kitchen and bath design area. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for helping clients bring their design visions to life. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting flooring, tile, cabinetry, and window covering products
- Assess customer needs and recommend design concepts and product solutions
- Prepare sales quotes and support project coordination
- Maintain showroom appearance and stay current on product knowledge
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Previous design and sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Creative problem-solving and design aptitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
