Job Title: Medicare Broker Representative

Location: New York City – Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island

Contract Duration: 4 Months

Travel: Required throughout NYC (field-based role)

Overview:

Seeking motivated Medicare Broker Representative to support Medicare Open Enrollment through community outreach, member engagement, and enrollment assistance. This field-based role is ideal for professionals who enjoy helping individuals understand and access health plan options while working independently across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field outreach and engagement to promote Medicare enrollment opportunities.

• Assist potential members in understanding plan options and completing enrollment applications.

• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with federal and organizational guidelines.

• Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and outreach sites across all NYC boroughs.

• Achieve outreach and enrollment targets as assigned.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to all CMS and organizational compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active New York State Accident & Health Insurance Broker License (required).

• Minimum 2 years of managed care experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage travel across multiple NYC boroughs.

• Bilingual skills strongly preferred (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Russian).

• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends during open enrollment.
