What You'll Tackle

• Lead and support litigation matters involving pharmaceutical manufacturers, PBMs, healthcare providers, and life sciences companies.
• Handle all phases of litigation-from pleadings and discovery to trial and appeal-in both state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and manage complex case strategy with a focus on regulatory and commercial disputes.
• Collaborate with regulatory and transactional teams to provide holistic legal solutions for clients navigating a rapidly evolving industry.

What You Bring

• 3-6 years of litigation experience, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or complex commercial matters.
• Strong understanding of FDA, DEA, and CMS regulations, or a demonstrated interest in learning healthcare regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple matters independently.
• Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; NJ or NY preferred.
