Your Role

The Women's Shoes & Couture Ready-To-Wear Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the business at Bergdorf Goodman by embodying the brand’s values of excellence, imagination, and graciousness. This role supports sales associates and leadership in delivering a world-class client experience through operational coordination, floor support, and strategic partnership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and demonstrates a proactive, team-oriented approach to driving sales, client engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Remain active and visible on the sales floor, greeting clients and supporting a welcoming environment.
• Partner with management for store openings/closings and assist with daily floor operations.
• Provide on-the-floor support to Sales Associates, including interselling and product knowledge.
• Organize client appointments, maintain updated client records, and ensure seamless interactions.
• Accurately process transactions and manage post-appointment follow-up (e.g., orders, alterations, thank-you notes).
• Support digital selling efforts and contribute to the team’s social media presence.Assist with exclusive gifting programs and personalized client experiences.
• Maintain fitting room cleanliness, coordinate with housekeeping, and ensure merchandise is returned properly.
• Support inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and merchandise protection standards.
• Communicate clearly with peers, leadership, and clients while managing tasks with strong attention to detail.
  
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years of relevant retail or coordination experience, luxury fashion preferred
• A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail
• Confidence and professionalism when interacting with high-value clients
• Comfort operating in a highly visible and client-facing support role
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and MS Office Suite preferred
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
