Food Prep
What you'll do
- Prepare gravies, masalas, marinades, and mise en place for daily service
- Cook à la carte dishes during service — tandoor, tawa, kadai, or curry stations
- Maintain portion control, food hygiene, and FIFO rotation of ingredients
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely plating
- Suggest seasonal specials or regional dishes and assist with menu development
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in an kitchen (restaurant, cloud kitchen, or catering)
- Strong knowledge of regional Indian cuisines and spice profiles
- Comfortable working both prep and live line positions
- Ability to work under pressure during peak service hours
- Food safety certification preferred; willingness to follow kitchen protocols essential
