TravelNurseSource is working with GSK SOLUTIONS INC to find a qualified Rehab RN in Watertown, New York, 13602!

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, the ability to manage complex patient needs, and experience delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional call as needed.

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on conditions, recovery plans, and care needs
• Ensure patient safety, including proper use of lifting equipment and mobility assistance
• Prioritize tasks effectively and delegate when appropriate
• May serve in a charge nurse capacity as needed

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience
• At least one completed travel assignment
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Inpatient Rehabilitation experience
