Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Walk-Ins: Greeting and assisting a high volume of daily walk-in applicants and employees with a positive, professional attitude.

• Communication Hub: Managing a large volume of phone calls and professional emails , scheduling interviews, and communicating with both clients and candidates.

• Recruiting Support: Assisting our recruiters with posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

• Payroll Help: Supporting the payroll process by collecting and verifying timecards and assisting employees with payroll inquiries.

• Onboarding & Compliance: Preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
