Our client is looking to add talent to their team to help with their growing needs. This is the chance to work with an established, and prosperous global company to boost your skill set! This person will need to be mechanically inclined, and someone eager to lgain and be a team player. There is about ~20%~ travel involved, and customer service expertise will be needed as well.

The ideal Mechanical Engineer candidate will have the following expertiseet/practice:

»Degree in the Engineering space would be a plus but not necessary.

»Solid knowledge of core mechanical concepts and principles

»Design practice would be a plus

»Open to considering someone practiced in the field, or someone out of college looking to lgain and grow within a company

»Creative and analytical expertise

This Mechanical Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

»Work with teams internally to achieve desired goal

»Work on product design CAM AutoCAD occasionally

»Respond to phone calls, emails and other forms of communication in the effort to address customer’s technical issues.

»Able to demonstrate professional image and take ownership of issues assigned.

»Act as a principle liaison between the customer and the factory for all service matters.

»Possess excellent troubleshooting expertise and capability to identify alternative solutions when faced with obstacles.

»Perform remote diagnostics through remote connectivity platforms.

»Travel to customer sites and be “hands on” as required resolving technical matters in the field.
