Sales Experience is not needed but it a great plus! We focus on exceeding customer expectations and ensuring each of our customers leaves with a lasting Impression. Our employees work at both locations, Impressions of Saratoga and The Dark Horse Mercantile.

Due to the nature of retail, you must be flexible with your availability and able to work evenings and weekends as well as weekdays, we are open seven days a week, year-round!

We are a team oriented environment requiring independent thought and problem solving skills, responsible for the day to day operations of a retail gift and souvenir store. Each team member needs to be creative, self motivated, respectful of others’ creativity and leading part-time staff by example – have a positive attitude and work ethic. Help us maintain an enjoyable, supportive team work environment and be willing to assist co-workers as projects come up. We all do a little of everything here!

We hope you will bring fresh and new ideas to the business to keep it up to date and progressing by continually monitoring the retail market for new and hot trends. Keep up on implementation of existing ideas to maximize sales and service. Be mindful of customers’ suggestions and for what they are requesting so we can identify new products and also phase out old. Improving the customer’s positive experience to maximize sales to our existing customer base and brainstorming for ways to reach new customers is our number one priority.
