Administrative Assistant

Space Architectural Studio, P.C. is seeking a full-time office manager and administrative assistant in our fast-paced Skaneateles Falls office. We are looking for someone who is organized, clear with communication, and willing to learn new skills. We are a small but mighty team that requires well-rounded employees to handle a variety of tasks.

Job Description:

• Managing emails/inbox
• Scheduling meetings
• Communicating with clients, contractors, reps, etc.
• Creating invoices with Quickbooks
• Creating, editing, and curating posts for social media accounts
• Maintaining office and office supplies
• Assisting with writing project narrative
• Assisting with on-site measuring
• Inputting time in Quickbooks

Experience Needed:

• Minimum high school diploma
• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative work

Skills:

• Google Suite
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Quickbooks
• Experience with social media, i.e. Instagram and Facebook
• Proficient writing skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong organization skills
• Strong communication skills
