Line Cook
Job Overview
Join the culinary team at 390 CC. We are hiring a skilled Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes for casual dining, private functions, and large events. Working with our Chefs, you will ensure excellent food quality, consistency, and top-tier kitchen safety.
Daily Responsibilities
- Cook & Plate: Prepare recipes to exact standards with high culinary execution.
- Manage Stations: Set up, clean, and sanitize your workspace daily.
- Handle Inventory: Label, rotate, and store food products safely.
- Adapt Menus: Modify dishes for guest allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Support Team: Assist other kitchen stations and report maintenance needs.

- Experience: Background in country clubs, hotels, or upscale kitchens preferred.
- Skills: Strong cooking techniques, sharp knife skills, and speed.
