Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (Hybrid 2 days in office)

8:30am - 5:30pm

Reports to: Director of Billing & Collections

DESCRIPTION:

The Collection Associate will perform collection activities, administrative tasks, and handle research projects. Will provide support to the Collections Department, Contracts Team and other teams and managers as necessary. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

RESPONSIBITLIES:

• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned Client accounts
• Assist Clients with collection inquiries and requests for account statements
• Assist with collection inquiries by Green Key Account Managers and Recruiters
• Prepare and send aging reports to Clients for follow up with invoices over payment terms
• Provide Clients with missing invoice copies as requested
• Research and review of invoice discrepancies as notified by Client, research the issue and come up with a solution to the problem
• Enlist the efforts of Collections Manager and Account Managers when necessary to accelerate the collection process
• Enter notes in Salesforce documenting collection efforts
• Assist other collection team members as necessary
• Provide additional assistance and coverage to Billing Team, Cash Applications Team, and Contracts Team as necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional client service skills
• Ability to think “outside of the box” and come up with creative solutions to problems
• Must be organized, detail oriented with excellent follow
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
