WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a MRI Technologist for a contract assignment at imaging center NYC.

Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.

Job Function:

• Day Shift.
  
• 3x12: 11am - 11pm.
  

• Perform MRI imaging procedures following established protocols and safety standards.

• Operate and prepare specialized MRI equipment for diagnostic imaging.

• Assist in preparing and positioning patients to ensure quality imaging and patient comfort.

• Administer contrast media using aseptic technique when required.

• Evaluate images for technical quality and ensure timely transmission to PACS and proper documentation in IDX.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification required.

• Graduate of an AMA/JRCERT-accredited program in Radiologic Technology.

• New York State IV Certification required.

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.

• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
