A mission-driven healthcare organization in Northern New York is seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join a collaborative care team delivering personalized and comprehensive care to women across the lifespan. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advanced practice provider looking to work in a supportive community environment.

Position Overview:

• Location: Outpatient clinic in a charming upstate New York town

• Clinical Scope:

  • Well-woman exams, gynecological care, and reproductive health (prenatal and postpartum)

  • Patient education, counseling, and preventive care

  • Collaborative patient management with supervising physicians

• Schedule:

  • Clinic operates Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Preferred schedule includes five 8-hour shifts with flexibility during open hours

• Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day

• Ideal Candidate: An experienced Nurse Practitioner with a background in women’s health and the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $200,000, based on experience

• Signing Bonus: $5,000

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500

• Professional Allowances:

  • CME: $2,000

  • Licensing & Dues: $1,000
