Working in this area, you will provide guidance on implementing customer service technologies, designing service models, and developing customer-centric service cultures.

The Opportunity
As part of the Operations Consulting team you are expected to direct efforts in Insurance operations management, including operationalizing business strategies and transforming the supply chain functions from product development through supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and product service/support. As a Director you are responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. This role involves facilitating people, process, and technology changes for Insurance clients and creating trusted and collaborative relationships with team members.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry

- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience with both consulting and insurance operations management, concurrent with the minimum years of experience required for the role.

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
