Full Time Office Assistant

We are a growing, fast-paced office located in the heart of Rochester, NY, dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients and team members. We're looking for a dependable and motivated Office Assistant to join our team and help keep operations running smoothly.
Position Overview: As an Office Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our office organized and efficient. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, support day-to-day operations, and assist various departments with clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- File, organize, and maintain both physical and digital records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
- Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support various departments with administrative duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Dependable, punctual, and a proactive team player
