Desktop Support - Part Time (30-35/hr per week)

Client Site: Endicott, NY

Responsibilities:

• Basic proficiency of Help Desk support tasks
• Experienced with break/fix, parts replacement, installing, decommissioning, imaging, etc. of primarily desktop and peripheral equipment (phones, printers, keyboards, etc.)
• Recommend hardware improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Handle tickets in a timely manner
• Work independently or with managers or other techs
• Have strong CS experience dealing with end-users, white glove/executive support

Qualifications:

• 3+ months of enterprise technical experience
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Teachable
• Able to hit the ground running
• Able to pass a background check/drug test prior to starting
