Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and service-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a large portfolio of market-rate and luxury residential buildings throughout New York City. This role works closely with Property Managers, leasing teams, vendors, and residents to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations across multiple residential properties
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident communications
- Serve as a point of contact for residents and help resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to track work orders and repairs
- Maintain accurate lease files, resident records, and property documentation
- Assist with rent rolls, collections tracking, and invoice processing
- Support leasing and unit readiness to luxury presentation standards
- Help ensure compliance with NYC housing regulations and building requirements
- Experience with market-rate and/or luxury rentals preferred

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
