What You'll Do
As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating a positive experience. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and making them feel welcome
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing records
- Handling payments and assisting with billing questions
- Communicating with clients about their pets' care before, during, and after visits
- Supporting our medical team by ensuring smooth front desk operations

About You
- Prior customer service preferred (veterinary or medical setting a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, compassionate, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude and love for animals
