Category Support Coordinators: If you’re organized, a strong communicator, and enjoy being the go-to person on a team, this role supports our merchandising group and helps keep everything running smoothly. It’s a great way to get your foot in the door and grow from there.

Data Integrity Coordinator: More into details and data? This role focuses on maintaining accurate product and pricing info, solving problems, and supporting our business teams behind the scenes. Both roles offer the chance to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive team that values your contribution from day one.

These are on-site roles in our Schenectady office.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
• Takes initiative to anticipate needs and plan accordingly for reoccurring activities
• Very proficient in Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications

Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of administrative experience
