Administrative Assistant - Property Management (Temporary)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, greet residents and visitors, and serve as the first point of contact for the property
  • Accept and process rent payments in accordance with company procedures
  • Receive tenant inquiries and complaints, document concerns, and forward them to the appropriate departments for resolution
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform general administrative duties including copying, filing, data entry, scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation management
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and ensure compliance with internal procedures

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in property management or administrative support required
  • Proficiency in Yardi or other property management software
  • Strong Excel skills (spreadsheets, data tracking, reporting)
  • Excellent data entry and organizational skills
  • Strong tenant relations and customer service abilities
  • Fluent in Spanish
