Who You Are:
We are looking for a Workplace Experience professional to ensure the successful daily reception operations of our New York office. This individual will collaborate with local Capri Holdings team members to support the reception desk, showrooms, and various workplace experience initiatives at our New York Headquarters. You are the face of our NYC office, and maintain a strong pulse on the needs of our NYC employees. This position sits within the Corporate Facilities Team and reports to the Corporate Facilities Manager. This role will be required to be in-office 5 days per week.
What You’ll Do:
- You will be the first face of the Capri Holdings NYC Office. You will greet all visitors with professionalism, ensure a smooth check-in experience, and maintain prompt communication with their hosts.
- You will maintain a polished and welcoming reception area that reflects Capri Holdings’ high standards, and create a great first impression for employees, visitors, clients, and vendors.
- You will oversee the calendars for our internal showrooms, partnering with internal clients to optimize usage and assist teams as they negotiate space.
- You will actively monitor workplace tools for operational requests and seating chart changes, ensuring timely responses to employee needs in line with SLA requirements
- You will assist in the ideation and implementation of various workplace experience initiatives
- You will oversee the day-to-day showroom activities, as well as larger events like Market, Press Days, Investor walkthroughs.
- You will complete walkthroughs of the showrooms by working with Office Services or outside vendors to repair and maintain the overall look and function of the showroom floor.
- You will be able to balance multiple priorities with ease, responding to urgent needs while keeping day-to-day tasks running smoothly and on schedule.
- You will support general office requests and workplace questions, helping employees get what they need to do their best work.
- You will be a flexible team player, jumping in to support the Corporate Facilities team with ad-hoc tasks, PTO coverage, and operational needs as they arise.
You’ll Need to Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer experience role
- Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday, maintaining a full-time, in-office schedule
- Someone who is confident, positive, and comfortable in a highly visible role
- Passion for best-in-class workplace experience and customer service
- A strong communicator
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to set your own priorities.
- A creative problem-solver, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table.
- An awesome can-do attitude - no task is too big or too small.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 to 30 pounds.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in NYC office 5 days a week.
