Education Manager- $31.98-$32.05/hour Pro Actions Head Start Program is looking for an Education Manager to assist in developing long and short-range program goals and develop strategies; evaluate objectives, policies and processes and provide recommendations to Director; participate in the development of program or operational guidelines. Provide direct support to assigned center-based staff, and indirect supervision of remaining center-based staff. Work with other program management to help provide comprehensive services and monitoring education content area.RequirementsA bachelors degree in early childhood education or equivalent field with 3-5 years experience in a related field of work is required for this position. The ideal candidate must have the ability to exercise independent judgement, experience working with database and tracking systems and a variety of virtual platforms and have the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in complex situations. The ideal candidate must have a valid drivers license, meeting agency standards per position and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
