**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at financial institution locations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the interior and perimeter of the premises to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
+ Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft attempts, or unusual activity, to the appropriate authorities and Allied Universal management.
+ Assist with access control measures by verifying identification and monitoring entry points as directed.
+ Support emergency response efforts as directed by site protocols, including assisting with evacuations and communicating with local authorities if needed.
+ Maintain accurate and detailed daily activity reports and incident documentation as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
