Job Title: Step-down RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Step-down Care Duration: 12-hour shifts Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM Experience: 1-2 years of step-down/tele experience required License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: 1-2 years of step-down/tele experience, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for step-down care. This position involves working with adult and geriatric patients. The RN-to-patient ratio is 6:1. Experience in step-down or telemetry nursing is required. Candidates must hold BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Knowledge of the EMR systems Paragon and Pxyis is preferred. About Cynet Health
