Marketing & Design Administrator 1977
A growing marketing agency is seeking a part-time (9:003:00) Marketing & Design Administrator to support its in-office creative and operational workflows. This role is ideal for a Type A detail-driven candidate with strong computer skills and proficiency in Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing digital assets updating websites managing forms scheduling email campaigns coordinating with clients for approvals and assisting with formatting proofreading and quality control. Canva experience is a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing and organizing assets for web email and marketing projects
Updating websites using WordPress
Setting up and scheduling email campaigns
Managing forms and digital content
Communicating with clients for reviews and approvals
Assisting with formatting proofreading and quality checks
Ideal Qualifications:
Proficiency in Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
Strong computer and organizational skills
Detail-oriented Type A personality preferred
Experience with WordPress and email platforms
Canva experience a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $25 - $35 /Hour
