What a typical day looks like in this role

The Kitchen Manager leads BOH operations throughout daily service, ensuring strong culinary execution while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety and compliance. This includes overseeing service flow, enforcing DOH sanitation standards and ensuring all dishes meet quality expectations.

Throughout the day, the Kitchen Manager supports, trains, and develops BOH team members, while maintaining full ownership of kitchen organization, equipment and overall operational readiness. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, consistency, and team performance.
