What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Professional – Valid cosmetology license required.

• Experienced Leader – Prior salon management or leadership experience strongly preferred.

• People-Focused – Skilled at motivating, coaching, and developing your team.

• Business-Minded – Comfortable with scheduling, sales goals, and operational responsibilities.
