Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, digging, and hauling materials for home construction projects
- Assist with framing, drywall, carpentry, and installation of structures in custom home builds
- Operate handheld and power tools safely and effectively
- Support the construction team in daily operations to ensure projects are completed to high standards
- Follow all safety protocols and work in compliance with OSHA standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Experience using handheld and power tools in a construction setting
- Ability and willingness to perform physical labor and work on your feet throughout the day
- Previous experience in construction or carpentry, especially in home building, is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
