Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, digging, and hauling materials for home construction projects
• Assist with framing, drywall, carpentry, and installation of structures in custom home builds
• Operate handheld and power tools safely and effectively
• Support the construction team in daily operations to ensure projects are completed to high standards
• Follow all safety protocols and work in compliance with OSHA standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Experience using handheld and power tools in a construction setting
• Ability and willingness to perform physical labor and work on your feet throughout the day
• Previous experience in construction or carpentry, especially in home building, is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
