Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
We are looking for a Supervising Pharmacist to join our growing independent pharmacy in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking a responsible, professional, and patient-oriented individual who is passionate about providing excellent pharmaceutical care and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Counsel patients regarding medications and proper usage
- Communicate with physicians and healthcare providers
- Review prescriptions for accuracy and interactions
- Maintain compliance with New York State pharmacy regulations
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients
Requirements
- Active New York Pharmacist License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in retail pharmacy preferred
- Knowledge of pharmacy management systems
