OnTrackNY Team Lead
JOB DESCRIPTION
»Provides clinical and administrative supervision to all team members.»Provides clinical treatment and psychotherapy to assigned clients.
»Provides oversight of program census for both utilization and fiscal metrics.
»Provides outreach to the community to assist in program development, referral generation, and community education related to OnTrackNY.
»Develop and sustain continuing partnerships with community agencies including NYS Office of Mental Health, Columbia University, and local county mental health officials.
»Participates in all meetings and training as delineated by contract and directed by governing bodies.
»Collaborates with other division staff and leaders to assist with continuity of care and division initiatives.
