Senior Product Manager
You'll thrive in this position if you're analytical have a global mindset, and bring a passion for improving market structure and owning product improvements in a high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
• This role will focus on capital markets and product development from an issuer focused perspective.
• The individual will assess the current product offering, identify gaps, and inform enhancements aligned with issuer needs and market structure dynamics.
• This individual will also be responsible for the Nasdaq ETF Intel offering, determining what improvements can be made to better match client needs.
• Finally, they will own relationships with market makers, ensuring they understand our liquidity programs and promoting their participation.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance/math/computer science
• 5-7 years of experience in capital markets, quantitative analysis, or trading-ideally at an ETF issuer
• A strong understanding of market mechanics and market structure.
• Ability to identify gaps in our current offering and manage product to push projects forward.
• Experience in SQL, Tableau, and Python
This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $117,000 - $216,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
