Summary

We are seeking a Back of House Team Member to join our dynamic team at Yasubee Authentic Ramen. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Your passion for food and dedication to quality will help us continue to innovate and delight our customers.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Adhere to food safety regulations
• Assist with menu planning and dietary needs as required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
• Handle food items safely and responsibly
• Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation
• Support catering events as needed.

• Qualifications
• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards
• Excellent knife skills and culinary techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus
• Familiarity with menu planning is advantageous
• Passion for the food industry and customer service.
