We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Recommendations team who is passionate about helping buyers discover more of what Etsy has to offer them

This role leads a squad responsible for helping buyers more deeply explore areas of inventory aligned with their interests.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Director of Product, Recommendations. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.

For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States. Candidates living within commutable distance of Etsy’s Brooklyn Office Hub or in the San Francisco Bay Area may be the first to be considered. For candidates within commutable distance, Etsy requires in-office attendance once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. What's the team like at Etsy:

The Recommendations team at Etsy is responsible for developing end to end solutions to achieve experiences that connect buyers with the right products at the right time. We help buyers explore options based on their current needs and discover more they’ll love on Etsy! The squads within this team span app and web, ML/AI, and infrastructure.

What the day-to-day looks like

• Collaborate across functions to develop a product strategy and roadmap that addresses high upside customer problems

• Drive, socialize, and align teammates and leaders on key product decisions that shape the future of discovery on Etsy

• Partner with teams across Recommendations and beyond to build end to end solutions that deliver impact to our customers and the business

• Contribute to team culture, health, and success by identifying, advocating for, and taking action on opportunities to help teammates and the border team grow and thrive

Qualities that will help you thrive

• 5+ years of Product Management or comparable experience.
