Server/Waitstaff
Ithaca Beer Co. in Ithaca, NY is looking for a part-time, year-round server to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.
Our restaurant features dishes sourced from regional purveyors and growers. The menus are designed to highlight Ithaca Beer's national award winning craft ales, brewed and bottled on site. We are a high volume restaurant with a focus on hospitality in a casual atmosphere.

Our ideal candidate is outgoing and energetic with a passion for craft beer, farm-to-table food, and supporting local business. We are looking for friendly and inviting staff with a strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Requirements:
- Candidates must be available to work weekends.
- Recent working experience in the industry with high volume serving experience.
- Must be able to multitask and execute in a high volume setting.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, working in hot conditions, and lifting heavy objects.
- Can sustain a professional, upbeat, and positive attitude and behavior at all times.
- Can take direction and work as a team in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
