Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
- Core responsibilities: deliver direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician; perform assessments, monitor vital signs, manage medication administration and documentation, assist with activities of daily living, wound care, and infection control; support care plan development and revision; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, person-centered routines; provide education to residents and families; uphold safety protocols and quality standards; respond to emergencies with composed clinical judgment.
