We are seeking a highly skilled litigation attorney with strong experience in premises liability and commercial/personal automobile accident defense who can independently manage cases from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage complex, high-exposure litigation cases from intake through trial

• Handle premises liability and commercial/personal auto defense matters

• Conduct legal research, develop defense strategies, and analyze substantive legal issues

• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, written discovery, and deposition materials

• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and argue motions in court

• Partner closely with clients, claims professionals, and internal legal teams

• Deliver timely legal guidance, case evaluations, and litigation recommendations

• Ensure efficient case management and strong communication throughout the litigation process

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and active New York Bar admission required

• Admission to federal courts is a plus

• 10+ years of insurance defense litigation experience

• Strong experience handling premises liability and automobile accident cases

• Excellent legal writing, research, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to independently manage litigation strategy and court appearances

• Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment and leveraging new AI tools xrczosw

***Pay Range- $$150-$154.00/hour
