- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
- Active veterinary state license or eligibility to obtain one.
- DEA license preferred but not required.
- USDA accreditation preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience.
